Traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisine is subject to many cultural and regional influences. With catering provided by La Mexicana Gourmet Foods, Cabo Enterprises is pleased to offer signature dishes that reflect both the historical influences and the current trends in today’s Mexican haute cuisine.
As part of the service, you will have an opportunity to meet with Elsa Gleeson for her to recommend a menu especially for you. To ensure your enjoyment, an on-site chef will prepare each course. All courses are plated and served by a full complement of staff dressed in traditional costume. Sample signature dishes:
